Holiday Dog Nog
6 egg yolks, well beaten
1/4 cup honey
2 cups cold goat milk
2 cups half and half*
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate until needed.
*Or substitute 1 3/4 cup goat milk and 1 3/4 tablespoons melted butter (cooled), mix together well.
